1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by the miga888 platform, you hereby confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the entirety of the terms and conditions contained in this document. This acceptance takes effect on the date you first use the platform, whether through the miga888.one website or any related digital platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and contact our customer service team for account closure.

2. Account Eligibility

To register and use miga888 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

3. Account Registration and Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the miga888 platform are subject to the following deposit and withdrawal policies:

• Minimum withdrawal amount for all payment methods is RM100
• Standard withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes to 3 hours
• Supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH)

Withdrawals will only be processed to an account or wallet registered in the same user's name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be approved for the security of users. miga888 reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

miga888 offers a 150% welcome bonus on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. The wagering requirement imposed is 25 times the total bonus received before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Example wagering requirement calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM150 → account balance RM250 → wagering required RM150 × 25 = RM3,750
• Deposit RM2,200 → bonus RM1,500 → account balance RM3,700 → wagering required RM1,500 × 25 = RM37,500

The general conditions for all miga888 bonuses and promotions are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged or withdrawn directly before wagering requirements are met
• miga888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice
• Misuse of the bonus system may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonuses

6. Game Rules

All games available on the miga888 platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is evidence of a technical failure that can be confirmed by our technical team.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

miga888 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the user
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the required period
• Directed to do so by the relevant authorities

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the miga888 customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal subject to the fulfilment of the relevant wagering requirements.

9. Liability Limits

miga888 shall not be held liable for any loss, damage or disruption arising from the following situations:
